Jurisdictional Objections: A Guide
Under the Rules of Court 2021, a defendant to a civil claim who contends that the Court has no jurisdiction to hear the claim or should not exercise its jurisdiction to do so is permitted to file a Defence or affidavit (as the case may be) stating only grounds of jurisdictional objection.
