As a Paralegal / Legal Executive, you will assist and provide a range of legal and administrative support to lawyers in the firm. Your job responsibilities will include:
Conducting legal research under the supervision of a lawyer
Drafting correspondence to other law firms, parties, or the Courts
Drafting, proofreading, and/or preparing legal documents such as pleadings, affidavits, bundle of documents, bundle of authorities, etc
Filing of court documents and conducting transactions on eLitigation, ICMS, iFAMS, and other electronic filing systems
Co-ordinating administrative activities in relation to client matters
Requirements
Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office and email software
Skilled in use of legal research software/services
Meticulous in management of deadlines and file administration

As an Accounts Executive, you will be part of the Finance team and assist our Accountant in managing the daily financial transactions of the firm. Your job responsibilities will include:
Reconciling financial transactions and identifying discrepancies
Processing of payment and petty cash vouchers
Maintaining electronic and physical financial records
Preparing and issuing invoices to clients

As the Marketing Executive, you will enable the firm to be at the forefront of legal thought leadership and market presence. Your job responsibilities will include:
Perform social media / web traffic analysis and media monitoring to identify key trends in the market
Plan, craft, copywrite, post, and promote social media content
Draft, edit, and proofread articles on case or legal updates
Design simple infographics to facilitate understanding of complex concepts
Develop the firm’s marketing master plan
Handle end-to-end production of the firm’s marketing collateral, including preparing documents for tender submission
Organise internal and external marketing events (e.g. photoshoots, lunchtime talks)
Triage and track enquiries that the firm receives
Assist with IT matters on an ad hoc basis
Requirements
A diploma in media, communications and/or law, with relevant internship experiences
Good written communication and digital design skills
Excellent project management skills
Basic understanding of the legal landscape in Singapore would be beneficial
