Expertise

For newly-formed companies or companies reviewing their contracts, our expertise on employment law covers standard policy documents for employers including employment contracts, consultancy agreements, terms of employment, and employee handbooks. We are able to serve companies by doing a thorough and total review of all employment-related contracts to ensure compliance with the Employment Act and Companies Act, among other laws and regulations, and to protect confidential information and personal data.

We also advise on matters pertaining to, but not limited to employee incentives and benefits, employee share option schemes, immigration, severance and retrenchment, termination, collective bargaining and industrial relations, re-employment, work injury compensation, workplace safety and health, issues pertaining to foreign employment such as work passes and employment agents, and outsourcing.

Our expertise includes insight into employment policy and regulatory functions beyond employment and business law, which helps us effectively troubleshoot client’s problems.
